Question 7: looking back at you primarily task, what do you feel you have learnt in the progression to the full product.
well thinking back to when i first started using this i have learnt so much. This was the first ever time that i have ever used a apple mac properly let alone use the software that is on it. In design was fairly easy to pick up after a while of playing around with it for a while. I can certainly say that i improved over time from when i was making my school magazine to my music magazine now. it was really just a process of trial and error, seeing what worked and what didn't. for example one week i thought i had finished all of my designing stage and was ready for my evaluation. however after doing a few peer assessments, people realized some faults that i hadn't actually realized myself. so then i went back to my design and improved it and i must say i like my improved design much more than my old one.
if i look back it my skills audit that i filled out before i even started this course work i had said i have never used a mac before. So there has defiantly been a major positive difference from them to now. I would never thought i would of been able to make a magazine cover or even write a blog. you can defiantly see improvements throughout the process of my blog its obvious. you can just see from the colours, set up and layout of my music magazine that i have worked out how to used appropriate colours and codes and conventions. its very interesting making this magazine
