Ollie Campbell AS media : project proposal and Flat Plan

This is my project proposal, this involves questions that will help me towards the finalizing of my magazine designs:

question 1- who are you aiming your magazine at specifically?

my magazine is for teenagers roughly about my age, who like a lot of new fresh artists, that are only just coming into the music scene. but also it has an interest in large artists too. its a R&B/urban hip hop kind of theme.

question 2- what will you magazine be about?

my magazine will be about mainly, interviewing new and old 'music artists' around the globe, it will also have things like competitions and 'music charts' for the genre of music it follows. it will have photo shoots of all different bands/artists/rappers.

question 3- what are your ideas for cover lines?

my main cover line is, using my friend Kieran, i'm going to use him as my main cover line, it will be an interview with him. i also want to do other cover lines to do with music artists like jay-z and kayne west. also what artists are headlining festivals and concerts in the summer.

question 4- what title have you decided on using and why:

my magazine is called FRESH UK ARTIST (FUA) it applies to the genre of the magazine too.

That is a design of my logo as you can see that I've incorporated the name with the logo.

question 5- what are you ideas for taglines?

i don't think i will use taglines

question 6: what year will it be published will it be seasonal?

This is going to be a seasonal magazine, every two months i would say because it will be a big magazine. for example this is going to be a summer season/ addition so it will have information about festivals.

question 7- what kind of image do you expect to display on your front cover?
The front cover image will be a photo of my friend kieran because he will be the main artist of the issue, he will have an urban background and will be showing some attitude towards the camera as he is a rapper.

question 8- evaluate your research

i feel that my research is relevant enough and enough detail, for me to proceed and start my designing of my magazine, after i create my flat plan designs.
